Cable-stayed cable is an important force member of cable-stayed bridge, the domestic cable-stayed bridge is more used in high strength steel wire cable structure. High-strength steel wire cable structure is mainly composed of cable body and anchorage two parts, the cable body by the hot galvanized high-strength steel wire polymerization, superposition of wrapping and hot extrusion PE protective layer, adapt to coiling, with long-distance transport conditions; cable end anchor using cold cast anchor and hot cast anchor technology, with anchorage will be the cable end steel wire anchored up to form a whole force transmission.

3-Black polyethylene sheath; 4-Colored polyethylene sheath 

Cable body: made of a number of diameter Φ5mm or Φ7mm high-strength galvanized steel wire, twisted by mild concentric stranding method, twisting angle of 3 ± 0.5 °, the steel wire bundles outside the wrapping and double co-extruded high-density polyethylene (PE black + PE color).

The cable is equipped with cold cast anchor and hot cast anchor.

Tie wire strength grade: 1670MPa, 1770MPa, 1860MPa
